New England Elite Coaching Application

New England Elite—formerly the Seacoast Seadogs—has grown over the past 15 years into a premier tournament program showcasing top talent from a league of more than 4,000 athletes. We field competitive coed and girls’ teams in every age division, giving every player the chance to shine at the highest level under the Future Gen Sports NFL Flag banner. We’re looking for passionate, dedicated coaches to lead a single age group with focus and energy—head coaches receive a $350 stipend* and their child plays for free (*team must participate in an NFL Flag Regional). Players and coaches alike must be fully committed to representing New England Elite at the NFL Flag Regional Tournament, where our strong tradition continues—home of the 2025 New England Patriots 14U Regional Champions!
